Description
Easy hike from Gmund via Tegernseer Höhenweg to Tegernsee, roughly 2 hours, 8 kms with little difference in altitude (150 m) and a nice view.
Meeting time: Saturday 29 January, 10:10 ; HBf Platform 34 (we take the train at 10:30)
Things to bring:
- Cache for the ticket (we buy a Bayern ticket together) and lunch
- Waterproof hiking boot
- gaiters and spikes
- Passport/Id
- Food/drinks for the way
- Raincoat/winter clothes
- See corona regulations (2G event)

Tomorrow, there will be construction work on the Stammstrecke. This means that the S-bahn won't travel between Ostbahnhof and Hackerbrücke. Please plan your arrival at HBH accordingly.
