Pendling is a 1563 m high mountain and a popular hiking destination in the Brandenberg Alps. It forms the municipal boundary between Langkampfen and Lake Thiersee and is regarded as Kufstein's local mountain.
The
summit views extend from the Kaisergebirge, Kitzbüheler Alps, Hohe
Tauern and Zillertaler Alps to the Inn Valley.
The hike is an easy winter hike: 1.5/2 h from the car park at Gasthof Schneeberg above Mitterland (Thiersee). After the summit we will stop Kala-Alm for lunch and we will rent the sledge to go down if condition are suitable Sledges can be rented for 3 EUR per person.

Event may be cancelled in case the avalanche alert get too high - right now it is a level 2 and therefore acceptable
