Description

Starting the ski tour season with a relatively easy tour to Osterfelderkopf. We will go by car at 7:00 AM from St. Quirin PLatz and can start skinning up around 8:40(there). You should be able to ski red slopes comfortably at least.

We won't be going up very fast but you should be fit enough to make it to the top by noon(ish).

One of my friend might also join me/us. so then will be 3 in total. He is not sure so I am opening up just 1 free seat in my car at the moment. if he is not coming then there will be 2 seats free.

Equipment:

The list here is not complete and each individual may have their own needs. Its a just checklist to make sure you have things.

  • Touring skis, skins, and poles LVS gerät. Schaufel SOnde etc.
  • Gloves
  • Helmet (and if needed ear covers and goggles)
  • Flashlight in case of emergency.
  • Phone with the GPS track.
  • Passport/ID proof and proof of vaccination or recovery.

Note: This is not a guided tour, everyone must know their responsibility. The purpose of organizing the hike here is to meet people with similar interests. Skiing or ski touring is a dangerous sport, you must be aware of the risk and responsibilities.
