Description

A relatively easy winter hike from Lenggries. 

This is NOT a beginner's hike! With the snow it may be challenging. 

There is a hut (Lenggrieser Hütte) where we can stop on the way down. 

Depending on interest: I also have a small gas stove we could take and make sausages or something for lunch. Comment on the event or send me a message if you'd like to do that. 

Good to know

Be on time!

We will buy the group ticket at 7:46, and if you're not there, you will have to buy your own ticket.

Make sure to bring the following items (I may not let you join if you don't have them):

  • Proper hiking boots
  • Waterproof pants and jacket
  • Hat and gloves
  • At least 2 L of water/fluids, and a decent lunch
  • Warm clothes, especially for the lunch break
  • Money for the train (around 15 euros)

The following are optional, but recommended:

  • Extra socks
  • Hiking poles
  • Spikes for your boots
  • A warm drink
