Description

Relaxing hike in Mittenwald - Steinkarkopf!

Technical difficulty: This hike is graded as accessible, and I would like to have a relaxed pace, around 350. 

Things to bring:

  • winter hiking shoes;
  • winter clothes;
  • spikes;
  • gaiters;
  • water, food(we will eat something together before coming to Munich);
  • mask FFP2;
  • good energy.

Optional:

  • hiking poles;
  • sun glasses;
  • first aid kit.

Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for themselves. Please make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. Additionally, you could download the map, bring a cell phone and a first aid kit.

Good to know

IMPORTANT: All participants must respect Corona regulations!

We will meet at 7:50 in front of platform 29 to have time to buy the tickets. the train will leave at 8:13. The price for the ticket is between 10 and 13 Euros. After 8:00 you have to buy your own ticket!

The trip with the train will be around one hour so we could start our hike around 10. My intention is to take the train back at 17:04 and to be in Munich at 18:47(we also have options at 17:36).

IMPORTANT: Please check your status on the main/waiting list, the day before the hike, to confirm your participation. Please announce 12 hours before the hike if you are not able to attend. If you have on your account a NO SHOW review in the last year DO NOT JOIN. Also, if you do not come on the hike, you will get a NO SHOW review and you won't be able to attend any of my hikes in the future. Thanks for understanding.

Hello Cosmin, my NO Show last year was a misunderstanding. The organizer had not read my message. It's friendlier if you contact people before blocking them.

Reminder: Zeitumstellung - Time change on Sunday 02.00am --> 03.00am . The night will be one hour shorter
