Meeting time:  Sunday 10 April, 07:35 ; HBf Platform 9

We buy Bayern group ticket and catch the train towards Übersee  -> Wuhrbichl, Marquartstein at 7:56

Things to bring:

  • Cash/Paypal for the ticket
  • Waterproof hiking boot/ snow shoes
  • gaiters
  • spikes/crampons
  • spare socks
  • Passport/Id
  • Food/drinks for the way
  • Raincoat/winter clothes
  • set up .gpx route in gpx viewing app (like openstreetmaps, komoot, GPX viewer etc.)
  • See corona regulations
Good to know

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.

Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for her/himself. Make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. It's recommended to download a map and bring a cell phone and first aid kit for emergencies.

People who are doing a hike for the first/second time should consider the difficulty of this hike. If you are not comfortable with T2 and T3 then T4 might be a lot for you. Also, note we had snow last week. Winter always increases our difficulty scale. So it will be T4+

sorry I have to drop it. I am having knee pains and it won’t be healthy to go on a hike. I hope someone can join in my place. have fun.

we did not complete the hike. Due to the weather and terrain conditions, we decide to go back from a height of 1400m. Sorry guys I think I made some mistakes in reviewing your profiles. I gave some people a no-show.
