Meeting time:  Friday 15th April, 07:10 ; HBf Platform 27-36 (will update when the platform number is confirmed)

We buy the Bayern group ticket (or Oberland-MVV-Ticket ) and catch the train towards Bayrischzell at 7:30

Things to bring:

  • Cash/Paypal for the ticket
  • Waterproof hiking boot/ snow shoes
  • gaiters
  • spikes/crampons
  • spare socks
  • Passport/Id
  • Food/drinks for the way
  • Raincoat/winter clothes
  • set up .gpx route in gpx viewing app (like openstreetmaps, komoot, GPX viewer etc.)
  • See corona regulations
Good to know

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.

Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for her/himself. Make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. It's recommended to download a map and bring a cell phone and first aid kit for emergencies.

Hi Laksh, I am coming from Fürstenfeldbruck. It seems that there is bad connection with the S-Bahn. I will reach Munich Hbf by RE at 17:19 Gl.27-36. Please consider me while buying the ticket. Thank you.

Hi Lakshay, I am coming from Gröbenzell, and due to Stammstreckesperrung connections are limited between Pasing and Hbf. I will try to catch a connection which let me reach there by 6:56, if I fail , I will be there by 7:23.
