Description

We will meet at Munich Hbf in front of platform.9 at 7:40. We will buy the ticket together and take the train schedule like below,

Train BRB RE5: Munich Hbf to Freilassing

Train BRB S4:         Freilassing to Bayerisch Gmain

We will reach Bayerisch Gmain at 10:06 and start of hike at 10:10. 

Return based on our phase. (Possible return train we target from Bayerisch Gmain either at 16:53 / 17:53. Reach Munich Hbf by 19:06 / 20:06)

** Please note that, I might not done this hike before. Irrespective of route is mentioned as T2, elevation gain is very high. No beginner please, as this would be a problem for yourself. **

Please wear hiking boots and better to bring spikes as I don't know the snow condition by that day. Also, please join only if you are highly motivated and sure to do hike on Sunday, except any unavoidable scenarios. Please bring enough water and food for the day.

I am not a mountain guide, so please be aware that you join at your own risk.

** As per current weather report, it will be a cloudy day. Incase of any change in weather forecast until Thursday (22.4), I will move the event to later date. Please bring also rain jacket**

** Please note that, there is a long travel time, incase if you are thinking to get back early. **

Good to know

I) hiking shoes and winter equipment

Ii) Hiking poles, head lamp

iIi) Enough water for the whole day.

iv) Snacks and or food.

v) Proper clothes for hiking

vi) A good mood

Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tours, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description, look into the route details and familiarize themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike by their own. 

If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else
