Description
Since it is not supposed to rain tomorrow let´s go for an easy hike around close to Tegernsee area
We will take the train at 09:30 direction Tegernsee and we will go out in Gmud (10:30)
At 10:34 we will take the bus 9559 direction Tegernsee and we will go out in Söllbach, Bad Wiessee
It should take 2h ca till we reach Aueralm and stop for lunch
One hour more till we reach the peak Fockenstein and start walking down toward Lenggriss
Once we are in Lengriss there is one train to come back to Munich every 30 minute. We should be back in the city by 20:00 anyway if you have any hard constraints it is better not to join.
Good to know
What to bring:
- Hiking shoes
- Mask for the train
- ID Card/passport
- Light jacket
- Charged mobile phone with the gpx file of the hike
- Enough cash for the bayern ticket (~12/13€ each), cash for the hut
- Enough water for the hike + food/snack
- Hiking poles (not mandatory)
- Rain jacket (just in case)
