Description

Very important: In order to join this hike you need a car. At the moment it is me, my friend Felix and Tina travelling by Tina´s car. We have two seats available. Any other one willing to join can bring other persons with him/herlself but those persons must be registered to HB and sign here.

You have three options:

- If you have a car, please add your car to the carpool

- If you don't have a car, please join one of the cars in the carpool

- If the cars in the carpool are not suitable, you can join the waiting list and you will be notified by email when a new car is added to the carpool

Dear buddies,

let´s go this Saturday for a very nice tour with awesome views to Achensee. Location requires you to join by car. You must be reasonably fit and used to winter hike with plenty of snow. Anyway as always in winter time be prepared  for potential changes of route or shorter routes. We must check in person how the situation will be.

Bärekopf (1991m) is the easternmost summit of Karwendel. It is the highest point of a secondary ridge of the Rappenspitze - Stanser Joch ridge, the easternmost subgroup of the Karwendel mountains. Much smaller than the biggest peaks of Karwendel but still it stands alone as a summit and offers very nice views Rofan, Karwendel and Achensee  so I think it is totally worthy to climb its summit. The view of the Achensee is second to none!

For this hike you must be reasonably fit and used to hike in snow. Altough not long one there will be a lot of snow for sure.

Each participant is responsible for him / herself and has to be prepared and bring suitable equipment.Hiking Buddies Munich is not a group of professional mountain guides.
