Rauschberg is a 1645 m high mountain in Chiemgau alps, which is famous for the presence of various sculptures at the peak, most notably 6 meters tall Adam's hand.

There is a cable car going to Rauschberghaus, so it is always quite crowded unless the cable car is closed for some reason.

The route goes along forest road in the beginning, and is very well marked with signposts at every bifurcation. The route in this part has pretty gentle slope, but some shortcuts can be quite steep. Once the forest part is over, the route passes by a few steep rocks on the side, which could make it prone to avalanches.

The final part before the Rauschberhaus is a wide road, from which the Adam's hand is already visible. The route is a bit steep here.
