Meeting Point: Munich Pasing at Platform 4 (or even directly in train, if you are taking from Munich Central Station).
Please get your 9 Euro ticket and take the train as scheduled below,
** Starting bit early as hike need a long duration (refer distance & Elevation) **
** If anyone part of my previous hikes, who did long distance and elevation of T2/T3, feel free to write to me to join. In that case you can take part of this hike as well. You can do the route until Osterfelderkopf, which is of type T2 with gain approximately 1300 to 1400 and distance of 20 KM Plus. Just allowing due to people with good company **
Return: we will not follow GPS and go down directly to Garmisch via Kreuzeck. Expect extra 6 to 7 KM than specified in event. (I try to upload updated GPS on Friday night).
Things to bring:
** I am not a mountain guide, so please be aware that you join at your own risk. **
** Route is not beginner-friendly. Please check distance and elevation, before sign-in **
** Currently, I am keeping group size too small as it is a very long distance hike with more elevation. Incase, if anyone else interested, who are already in my previous hikes, please drop me a message, I will increase group size accordingly.**
Please unjoin the event well in advance if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event when it is starting in less than 12 hours.
Disclaimer: Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tours, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description, look into the route details and familiarize themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike by their own.
If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else
