** Changing to Saturday due to weather forecast **

Meeting Point:  Munich Pasing  at Platform 4 (or even directly in train, if you are taking from Munich Central Station). 

Please get your 9 Euro ticket and take the train as scheduled below,

  • RB 60 (5504): München-Pasing (Platform.4 at 05:38) to Untergrainau (07:10) 

Things to bring:

  • Hiking shoes
  • via ferrata kit & Spikes
  • Passport/Id
  • Food/drinks for the whole day
  • Hiking poles, head lamp, sunglasses
  • Raincoat & hiking clothes
  • Download.gpx file in advance and ready with import to your tracking app/’s. Example gpx viewer
  • First Aid Kit
  • spare socks and dress incase of rain 
  • Most importantly, a good mood 😊

** I am not a mountain guide, so please be aware that you join at your own risk. **

** Some parts of the route are quite challenging due to different surfaces. No beginner.**

Good to know

Please unjoin the event well in advance if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event when it is starting in less than 12 hours.

If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else

Hi Kesav do you know how to come back from Ehrwald ? If people have to catch a train, is there a time limit? (There was one for taking the Zugsptizebahn for Riffleriß)

Looking at best weather condition, I am thinking to change this hike to Saturday instead of Sunday. Please join whatsapp group we can discuss possibility of each one and decide.
