Dear hiking buddies, 

I would like to propose a relaxed and social hike on this Saturday at Heimgarten + Herzogstand

We will hike up from the Heimgarten side, go through the mountain ridge to Herzogstand. Have lunch and enjoy the view at Herzogstandhaus before taking the cable car down. This is not a beginner friendly hike. You should have done at least 1 hike with 800+hm before. 

After the hike we will spend the after at the lake and enjoy the chilling water of Walchensee. I plan to return to Munich at around 7 or 8 pm. 

I can only take 2 passengers but feel free to join with your car. I can also extend the event accordingly. 

Please note: I intend this to be a social hike so we will keep the pace at c.a. 400hm/hour. please DON'T join if you plan to go faster than 450hm/hour to avoid frustration on both sides. Thanks in advance!


Good to know

Please bring with you:

- hiking boots

- hiking poles (optional)

- 2L water

- Cap

- Sunscreen

- Swimming wear

- Cash or Paypal for the fuel

hey ppl on the waiting list, you can add a car as public transport and still join the hike
