Description
Hey guys,
This route contains an A/B Klettersteig on the way. The full description of the Klettersteig is on the link below. You have pictures so you can check and assess if you can do it. We will take public transport to Berchtesgaden, then take a ferry to St Bartholomä church (10 euros) and start our hike from there. We will hike till Watzmannhaus and stay overnight there. The next day, we hike down to Wimbachbrücke where we take public transport back to Munich.
I did a rough bus/train connection check; exact timing/connections info will be shared closer to the date.

I have booked 10 spots in the Watzmannhaus for this hike. Please note that there is a €10 deposit requested by the hut reservation (to avoid no-shows) and I will require you to prepay the €10 deposit fee. You'll get the €10 back when you show up for the hike.

Breakdown of costs:
- €9-ticket for public transport
- €10 Ferry on Königsee
- €20 Übernachtung in hut
- €XX for food and drinks in the hut

Hello Tanguy,
Thanks for writing to me. Happy to have you in the group social hike, however, the bad news is that for tomorrow, we have absolutely terrible weather in Berchtesgaden (and whole of south Bavaria actually). There are thunderstorms and for safety reasons, we need to cancel for this weekend.
I am attempting to move the hut reservations to another day. The hut opens at 14:30 today and I will call them then.
You may stay in the group so you could take part at the new day I get from the hut people.

If you do not have Paypal, please kindly write me an email/PM and I will share an IBAN or another means. You will get the €10 deposit back when we meet on the day of the hike. Please note that his deposit to make sure that I don't end up with a reservation and a last minute cancellation/no show because the hut will eventually charge me €10 on my credit card. Hi Fabio, probably a bug with the system, but I did not get your Email/PM. Can you please try again? Maybe also, click on the tick, "Send yourself a copy" to make sure the email is indeed sent. If that does not work, try a proper email, with the email format: firstname dot lastname at gmail.com (it's the same firstname/lastname you see in my hiking buddies profile)
