Let's start this year's Trail running activities by running around the mountain pastures that surrounds Schliersee. We'll be running mostly on established trails ( expect some fallen trees ) and we'll not go up more than 1250 meters in order for us to not be slowed down by snow. This could be a 4-6.5 hour of running ( depends on the average group speed ) with a combination of fast hiking activity. Please join if you run or work out at least 3x a week. Fast hikers who's looking to increase their endurance for the long summer hikes, Running aficionados who's looking for a LSD run/long training run this weekend and Trail runners of any levels are very much welcome to join. Please come with Trail running shoes, a running backpack/beltpack, at least 1 Liter of Water, some trail food/gels, windbreaker jackets, money, and a change of shirt and socks would be a nice feeling too after finishing this activity.
