Description
Technical difficulty: This is a high alpine tour with scrambling upto grade III on icy conditions.
We will do the tour in two days:
- On the first day, leave Munich and drive to Zermatt. From there, we hike to Hörnlihütte, where we stay overnight.
- On the second day(Saturday), we hike to the peak and return to Zermatt.
Things to bring:
- Waterproof hiking boots type C
- Helmet
- Glacier equipments
- Cash for the car ride and for the food at the hut
- ID Card
- Food/drinks for the way
- Warm clothes
Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for themselves. Please make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. Additionally, you could download the map and bring a cell phone and a first aid kit.

Be aware, they reduced the tours because of stone falls.
