This is an easy hike but we will be coming back down in the dark. Please join only if you are confident in your abilities. We will be leaving HBF at 17:25 to arrive in Tegernsee for 18:40. Although the route is very easy, I would like to keep a moderate to quick pace to the peak (but no running) as long as it is safe to do so, to enjoy the sunset. The meteor shower is supposed to peak on Friday, so hopefully, we will see some of it, although not guaranteed. The hut will not be open at this time, so please bring snacks and drinks for yourself if you would like. Warm clothing and something to sit on (towel or blanket) are also recommended. 

MUST HAVE:

• Headlamp 
• Hiking or sturdy shoes
• 9 Euro Ticket
• Decent fitness

Please do not join if you do not have a headlamp or flashlight, we will be descending in the dark. 

RECOMMENDED:

• Warm clothing
• Snacks
• Water
• Drinks 
• Mask for train
• Insurance
• Blanket or towel to sit on
• Powerbank
• Insect repellent
