Rubihorn -> Gaisalpsee
Gaisalpsee -> Edmund-Probst-Haus (overnight stay)

Where have I seen this before? ;) When I was there I ended up doing a part of Hindelanger Klettersteig which was a lot of fun and I highly recommend it. https://www.hiking-buddies.com/routes/routes_list/3703/ as much of this route as you want and then back to Edmund Probst Haus for lunch and down to Oberstdorf.
