Hi, I am really happy to organise my first hike here.
The weather forecast is still not great for Saturday, so the plans may change on the way.
The first day will be very challenging, the goal is to reach Rappenseehütte.
For the second day everything depends on the weather.
I booked 3 beds at Rappenseehütte,where I expect to end the first <challenging> day. In case more people are interested you will have to book it yourself.

This is a long hike, not suitable for beginners. The pace will be about 500+hm/h, which means a good fitness level is required.

The meeting point is Munich Pasing, we will take the train at 05:27, it will leave Munich Hauptbahnof at 05:19 : the trip will last 2 hours and from Oberstdorf we will take a bus to Spielmannsau, where the hike will start.

Things to bring:

  • 9 euro ticket
  • Cash, cash, cash
  • Hiking boots
  • Food and drinks for the whole day. I don´t know if there will be refilling points during the way!
  • Rain jacket
  • Good mood
  • Stories

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.

Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for her/himself. Make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. It's recommended to download a map and bring a cell phone.
