Description

Wonderful, easy round trip, which offers a lot of variety for almost 13 kilometers: A great, easily accessible vantage point, two beautiful mountain, lakes and a variety of refreshment stops invite you to take your time on the round.

We will meet at München HBF platform 28 at 8:15 to buy the ticket and cost will be shared among us. 

Train leaves from München HBF at 08:32 (RB 6) to Murnau. From Murnau we will take bus to Mittenwald and arrive at 10:41. This is a relax hike so there is no rush, we also can swim at the lakes on the way if the water is not too cold. If you want to go back to Munich on specific time, please consider this.

Things to bring:

  • hiking shoes;
  • water, food (we also can eat at the hut);
  • swimming clothes;
  • mask FFP2;
  • Cash for the train ride (11-15 EUR);
  • Passport/ID Card;
  • good energy.


Optional:

  • hiking poles;
  • rain jackets 
  • sun screen;
  • sun glasses;
  • first aid kit.
