Autumn in Allgau is such a treat, for those  looking for a beautiful hike with a small challenge ! ;-)

Day 1: By train to Oberstdorf. Then with a bus to Fellhornbahn (takes 3h in total) - I am intending to go up from Fellhornbahn, the ascend is pretty long. After arriving at the hut I wanted to make a little trip, depending on time and weather.

Day 2: to go over to Mindelheimer Hütte over Mindelheimer Klettersteig (C, takes around 4-5h), arriving at Mindelheimer Hütte just in time for a (late) lunch. Then Descend on the other side of the valley, depending on time with a little twist. Return with a bus to Oberstdorf and then train to Munich (3h in total)

Please note there the tickets for the bus need to be purchased separately.




STEPS to join 
Follow carefully. 


i)check you know what a via-ferrata C is, understand the route, and that you can hire equipment (klettersteig set, helmet, harness), that you have been bouldering and hiking at sufficient levels. write a message to me. if it's not gonna be obvious to me from ur profile, then include a link to your profile or history of heights. include your signal or whatsapp or sms. 
Drop me a quick message to acknowledge htat you read (i) (email, "contact organiser") IN ANY CASE.

ii) press Join

iii) within two hours, paypal me at 19eur. for the accom, or if u don't have paypal, send me a screenshot of bank transfer (details will be in a whatsapp)

if i ii iii haven't been done right , i may kick u off the event (and the website restrictions mean you can't join again)

iv) if u are on the waitlist, look for a place in the hut yourself and book https://www.huetten-holiday.com/huts/fiderepass-huette
then do the steps ii and i (or (i) first if I might be unconvinced)
. then i will add u to the event

Good to know

Klettersteigset, Harness and a Helmet are compulsory for this hike. Huttenschlafsack (a light sleeping bag) is required for hut.


probably leaving mid-morning as forecast remains rainy until midday. otherwise we leave early, like 7am


i booked for 4 people and ideally we go with 5-8 with suff.interest, and as places become available (i just booked late wed night, and there were spots tuesday which were snapped up before i got them)
