We will meet at Munchen Hbf (Gl. 28) to buy a ticket.

The hike should take ca. 6 hours (with an intermediate pace of 400 mph).

The plan is following:

8:32 - 9:27 (RE6) Munchen Hbf -> Murnau
9:42 - 10:24 (SEV) Murnau -> Oberammergau
10:35 - 10:49 (9606) Oberammergau -> Abzw. Zieglerhof, Ettal

11:00 - 17:00 hiking

17:03 - 17:20 (9606) Am Berg, Ettal -> Garmisch Bahnhof
17:35 - 18:17 (SEV) Oberammergau -> Murnau
18:33 - 19:22 (RE6) Murnau -> Munchen Hbf

It may change depending on the hike & availability of the connections. 

Sticks and grodel may be helpful to keep you safe.

Things to bring:

• hiking shoes;
• layers (the weather should be nice, but better to be prepared for a cooler time at the peak);
• water, food (there is no hut in between, so please be sure to have something extra in the backpack);
• rain jacket;
• sunscreen and sunglasses;
• mask FFP2;
• cash and/or PayPal account;
• good energy and stamina.

Optional:

• hiking poles;
• grodel;
• first aid kit.
