Description

Let's enjoy a very scenic hike in the Karwendel, starting in the Eng valley with its colourful maple trees.

The  route is long, but without technical difficulties. It should be doable for anyone who exercises regularly. 



Good to know

Things to bring:

  • hiking shoes;
  • layers (the weather should be nice, but better to be prepared for a cooler time higher up);
  • water, food (Falkenhütte is closed, so please be sure to have something extra in the backpack);
  • sunscreen and sunglasses;
  • good energy and stamina.

Optional:

  • hiking poles;
  • grodel/spikes;
  • first aid kit.
