Description

Event created for own tracking. Feel free to join if you want. Just contact me in advance.

We will start at 8 in Mayrhofen go by car up to Schlegeisspeicherstausee and begin the tour to Friesenberghaus up to Olpererhütte (take some nice pics there) and go back.

Then we move back to Munich by car. If there is enough time we can add a via ferrate afterwards next to Gasthof Zillertal.

Snow free conditions up to 2500 hm. Sunny day again, bring sunscreen and enough water.

Referring to the webpage the Mautstraße is still open thus also the hut as opened.


Good to know

No guided tour. Take care of yourself.

Hi FYI both huts are closed (source: we were at Friesenberghaus yesterday; for Olpererhütte I checked the website and it says it's closed). So, best to prepare accordingly. Have a nice trip :)
