Experience with via ferrata and a confident pace of 600 hm is necessary to participate

Things to pack:

--Via ferrata set

--ID we cross borders

--First aid kit

--Headlamp

--Spikes /Crampons (i recommend you pack them from now on by default in your bag)

--Warm clothes, gloves , rain protection

--Food drinks for the whole day

--Cash for transportation

--AV insurance
