Description

Hi everyone, given the interest shown by the group, I try to make it more official.

The idea would be to spend a few days together, doing sports (ski, hike, ...), partying and laughing together.


Basic requirements:

  • Enjoying group activities
  • Proactivity in organizing activities and food
  • Be ready to help
  • Have fun


Two Options (paid 36):

Long [ 7 days - 6 nights ] = FabioC, Jan, Asia, Emma, Craig, Johanna, Ionut, Andreas 


Short [ 4 days - 3 nights ] = Fabio, Laura, Cristina, Divi, Falcon, Jade, Sourabh, Federico, Zayneb, Amit, Sarah, Juan, Nicole, Giovanni, Pawan, Javier, Christian, Maria, Sohaib, Dhouha, Behzad, Firat, Matt, Magdalena, Marta, Nadia, Soleeh, Dibakar


Priority Cars: FabioC, Jan, Fabio, Johanna, Laura, Craig, Divi, Asia, Emma, Federico, Zayneb, Falcon, Jade, Cristina, Amit, Sarah, Sourabh, Ionut, Nicole, Juan, Andreas, Giovanni, Pawan, Javier, Christian, Maria, Sohaib, Nadia, Dhouha, Behzad, Firat, Matt, Magdalena, Marta, Soleeh, Dibakar




At the moment we are booking 2 apartments for 9 people each, so each group in the apartment has to decide upfront, how long they want to stay with a minimum of 3 nights.


Accommodation:

"Our hostel has 8 big, friendly, bright apartments with 5-10 beds (in 2 or 3 rooms). Our guests can use a kitchen on the ground floor. The most beds are bunk beds. Please bring your own towels with you.

Big rooms - cheap price, parking, internet, sauna, boulder room, table tennis and soccer, media room."


Price

The price for the cottage is 30€/night based on the number of participants (atm 18 places, but I asked for more).

Long: 30 x 6 nights = 180€

Short: 30 x 3 night = 90€


Obviously it is not the most beautiful, but fortunately not even the most expensive. :-)

Nearby there are two ski facilities and possibilities for walking and sports.

Plan: 

I assumed the departure for December 30th, 2022, and we will be back by 05.01.2023 (we can also extend it) !!!

The cars will be organized later.

Activities and arrangements for dinner, we can discuss together

Good to know

Join the waiting list, contact me to proceed with the payment, via PayPal or bank transfer, then we will see how to manage the cars.

Joiners without payment or message to me will be immediately removed!

Let me know if you have a car available.

Those who have already paid have priority to complete the cars and they will be filled according to the order in the waiting list.

There is a Backup Plan, for those who do not have a place in the cars, going there with the train from Munich to Lienz and then we can pick you up with car

Hi guys, I did not register for the event, since I can not take many days off in January. But in case someone can not join the event last minute, you can contact me - I could ev. take your spot for the short option. I could leave on Thursday afternoon already (and preferable - back on the 1st at night, 2nd may be possible).
