<p>For this hike, you need regular hiking gear and stamina for 5 hours of hiking. We will go at a moderate pace to enjoy the sun and the views on a quiet, nice fall day.  The cogwheel train is running, but the Osterhofen Cable Car is closed for revision so we can expect a lesser crowd than in summer. </p><p>Bring food and beverages because the Wendelstein hut on top might also be closed.</p><p>Winter gear (snow spikes and gaiters) is not mandatory but recommended - we might encounter a few patches of snow, specifically when going around the summit on Panorama-Trail as an option.</p><p>How to make it there:</p><ul class="connectionDetails" style="margin-right: 0px; Description

Pleasant hike from Osterhofen to Wendelstein, via Wendelsteinalm and Bocksteinscharte to Wendelsteinhaus. As an option, we might go the Panorama trail to surround the summit, if weather and snow conditions permit it.

Starting from Osterhofen train station at 9, we will be at the summit around 12:00 to take a lunch break and should be back in Osterhofen around 16:00.

Good to know

For this hike, you need regular hiking gear and stamina for 5 hours of hiking. We will go at a moderate pace to enjoy the sun and the views on a quiet, nice fall day. The cogwheel train is running, but the Osterhofen Cable Car is closed for revision so we can expect a lesser crowd than in summer.

The standard procedure is for all Hiking Buddies to meet at Munich Hbf at a ticket machine 15 minutes prior to departure and then buy a group ticket - strongly recommended!

Yeah, sure! So the folder you have shared I guess it is not editable hence I can't add my photos to that folder. The folder I have created is public so anyone can add or view the photos. It would be easier if you could copy the photos from your folder to the folder I created.
