Hill running challenge up and down Olympiaberg for 1h.
I am not a professional runner and neither a trail runner. I just realized I need to improve my cardio for future hikes.Then why not do it on a highest hill we have here in Munich center?
Concept is simple - running/hiking up and down Olimpiaberg as many times as possible within 1h. Completing this task might be challenging, at least for me it's a bit of torture :)
The route in hiking buddies is just an example, during the event everyone is free to choose his own preferred way up and down and explore around. Apart from paved paths there are also some off-road options :)
The idea would be to meet at Olimpiasee Brucke at 19.00, start running up and down Olympiaberg each person at their own pace and their own route choice, and meet one hour later at the top of Olimpiaberg to celebrate completed challenge with some stretching and maybe strength exercises :)
The plan is to do this in more or less regular basis, at least 1 time per week, no matter the weather.

Latest ~19.20 start running up and down (if you are running late you can write to me and we align, but we don't want to keep standing in cold and waiting for all late comers to come, we are in Germany after all so sei bitte pünktlich :D )
After 1h, at ~20.20 meet at the SUMMIT of the Olympiaberg, compare results, stretch and maybe do strength exercises
