Description

Winter equipment is mandatory. You should bring Grödl and Snow Shoes. They can be rented at DAV. 

A headlamp would be helpful in case it gets late and dark. 


We are meeting at Platform 28 under the sign at 07:15. The train to Untergrainau leaves at 07:32.

Hike starts from Untergrainau and finishes there. There is no opne hut on the way, so bring enough food and water. 

Weather forecast is ok´ish, bring warm clothes suitable for cold winter days. 


This is not a race, so the pace will be relaxed. Not suitable for trail runners.
