Description
No beginners!
We meet at platform 33 at 08:45, we take the BRB to Tegernsee at 9:03 and then the bus to the starting point
Please be punctual or you will buy your own ticket.
Unjoining is allowed until 12 hours before the start of the event.
The route will be shortened in case the weather conditions and time constrains to catch the last bus require so.
It is not a T4 hike.
Must-haves:
- Enough water & food (We are not stopping at the hut on Wallberg)
- Warm clothes
- Hiking boots
- Spikes
- Gaiters
- Cash
- Good mood
- GPX track on your phone
Recommended:
- Hiking poles
- Head lamp
- First aid kit
- DAV insurance
Disclaimer: The organizer is not a professional guide. Hiking can be risky, especially in winter, and the participants are responsible for their own safety.The participants have to do their own research about the route, and must be able to navigate by themselves. It is highly recommended to have some kind of insurance in case of injuries or incidents.

Hi everyone, be aware that the avalanche risk for the whole Bavarian alps area has been upgraded to level 3. Because of this the hike might be cancelled. I’ll update you as soon as possible. Further info here https://lawinen.report/bulletin/latest#close

we stick to the plan. we can most probably hike to Wallberg. for Setzberg we will have to see
