Description

We will take the train to Tegernsee at 8:03 and from there we take the bus 9556 at 9:20 to Kreuth, and from there we hike to Hirschberg and get down to Bad Wiesee

It is basically an easy hike, but in winter, you should know what to expect, not suitable for absolute beginners.  The estimated time without any break is around five and a half hours, but since it will be a large group, so it will take longer.

you should be punctual, if you are late, you have to buy your own ticket

people with no-shows are not welcome.

What to bring

Mandatory

1.cash ready for a Bayernticket (13 to 16 EUR),

2.Enough water and food (there is no hut)

3.Hikingshoes (waterproof, please no sneakers)

4.Spikes and Gaiters

5.GPX for the route

6. Proper clothing for winter hikes

7. Spare socks

8.Good mood and motivation for a hike!

Disclaimer

Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tours, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description, look into the route details and familiarise themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike by their own. 

If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else
