Now that the track has been prepared, let's try hiking to Tölzer Hütte. Depending on snow condition and group discretion we may also try Delpsjoch (1950m). However, this is optional and those who don't want to try it, can spend extra time at the hut watching those who are trying it.

Public transport: We will take Bob train departing at 7:04 am. This will arrive Lenggries at 8:11 am from where we take bus 9569 (departure time: 8:17 am) to Aufsteig  Tölzer Hütte. This is the start and end point of our hike. Note that Bayern ticket is valid only up to Oswaldhuette, so we have to pay extra 3 EUR/person. 

Departure time of return connection: 16:54 (2h), 18:59 (1h55m)

Technical difficulty: The hike has difficulty T2, and the last part is along steep grassy slope. Please read the blog to understand the requirements for sac scale T2. Due to snow, the route will feel more exhausting. The part from hut to Delpsjoch has difficulty T3.

We will have lunch at Tölzer Hütte, however please bring enough food/drink to avoid starvation/dehydration before reaching there (or if you want to avoid having lunch at the hut).

Things to bring:

• Waterproof hiking boots
• Cash for the ticket and (possibly) for the food at the hut
• Food/drinks for the way
• Warm clothes
• Gaiters (required)
• Spikes (highly recommended)
• Headlight (just in case)
• Some tolerance for cloudy and rainy weather

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.
