Description

Hi All,

one of the beautiful classical hikes spiced with a little bit of spring snow. The weather should be very good.

Carpool: The meeting point is Hirschgarten S Bahn station (please take the stairs to come up to the bridge), 08:30. I can take up to 4 people in the car. If someone else with the car will join, we can expand the size of the group.

Pace should be easy but not too slow, around 400 Hm/h.

There is the hut on the way, Berggasthaus Herzogstand where we can stop for some drinks/meals. 

Things to bring:

  • waterproof hiking boot
  • gaiters
  • spikes
  • spare socks
  • food/drinks for the way
  • appropriate clothes
  • DAV insurance
