We will meet Saturday at Munich HBF at 08:10 and take RB55 direction Bayrischzell, then get out at Fischhausen-Neuhaus.

Will hike together as a group at a normal hiking pace.

Please join only if seriously plan to be there, no last minute cancellations please as I’ll be coming from Augsburg and will buy a group bayern ticket in advance. 

Required items: 

-hiking boots/trail runners mandatory

- micro spikes mandatory 

- cash/PayPal for splitting Bayern tickets

- hiking clothes only (no jeans)

- enough snacks and water for the hike (no planned hut breaks)

- first aid kit and personal navigation advisable 

Good to know

We meet at the München HBF platform area (Gl 27-36) near the machines.  I’ll have a pink 28L Vaude backpack. 

Please check your status on the main waiting list the day before the hike to confirm your participation. Please announce 12 hours before the hike if you are not able to attend. If you have on your account a NO SHOW review in the last year DO NOT JOIN.

I do not recommend to hike via Dürnbachwand/Anklspitz in wet conditions, especially not for beginners (sure-footedness and lack of fear of heights is mandatory). It will rain a lot on Friday. Please do not underestimate that section. There have been many accidents

Dear all, I fully agree with Thomas. This was an oversight on my part! I will change the route to go via the Ankel-Alm up to the spitz, and then we will go back via the eastern route by the falls. The distance and climb meters should be roughly the same. Thank you again Thomas for your thoughtfulness! I hope not to inconvenience anyone.

Hello ! Is there anyone here having an extra pair of Micro Spikes ? I am in Decathlon now and I am really angry and upset because I can't buy them from here and I would love to hike tomorrow with you. 40 is my size.

Hi Kristin/All, would really love to join but since it's going to rain I and don't have the proper clothing, I won't be able to join. :( apologies. It's raining too much in this country, and not enough in the neighbouring ones lol.

I am sorry to announce that I won't come because I couldn't find those Micro Spikes which are mandatory for this hike. I was hoping for a solution.
