Description
Do you feel like spending Thursday in a nice company but not at a particularly challenging hike?
We will take regional train RB5413 to Oberau, then Bus 9606 to Kloster in Ettal, then after a short break at the monastery we will take the bus 9622 to Linderhof palace. We can have a short walk around the palace (no going inside this time, sorry!) and then go up Pürschling (with an open hut just below).
Then we will go up Teufelstättkopf (please expect some snow, if you won't feel like it, you can stay at the hut)
Afterwards, we descend back to the hut, grab some refreshments and follow down to Kolbensattelhütte, where the alpine coaster will take us down to Oberammergau.
Then a short walk through Oberammergau (ice cream? ;-) and train to Munich over Murnau.
Good to know
Waterproof hiking boots are a requirement. Hiking poles are recommendable.
The ticket will cost 10-15€, the alpine coaster is 8,50€. Bring some water and snacks with you
