Dear hiking buddies.

This is a round trip at Lägerngrat.

The weather will be quite rainy in most party of Switzerland, but according to the forecast the rain will only start at 18:00 here, so it should be fine.

Time Frame:

09:30 meet and start

around 12:30 picnic at Hochwacht (there is also a restaurant where you can buy drinks and food)

17:00 back at the station 

Meeting point:

Meeting point is Schloss Schartenfels ( https://goo.gl/maps/5PPa6NjB89qVQZHk6 ), around 20min from the station.

Train ride from Zurich about 30 min.

Hike:

Check the route. It is a relatively easy hike with just a few lightly exposed parts. We will do the ridge hike at the beginning, so even if it rains later we will be in the forest.

Picnic:

The restaurant at Hochwacht is open. You can bring stuff or buy it there.

Equipment:

No specific equipment needed, apart from hiking boots.

Application:

As always there is the possibility to come by car.

Join the car pool and either create a car yourself or have a look who can take you there.

For those who come by public transport please create a "car" in the carpool with as many seats as possible and use "public transport" as a description. That way others can join that one and we keep a good overview.

No maximum number of participants.
