Dear 'Hiking Buddies' in Switzerland!
For the next weekend I would like to propose a hiking tour from Teufenthal AG to Reinach AG. Open for the whole family and a chance to test both your equipment and constitution.

Meeting point: Bahnhof "Teufenthal AG" at 9:30 o'clock Bahnhof Zürich HB, platform 16 at 8:30 o'clock or alternatively in Aarau at 9:05 o'clock
Routeing: ~ 13.8 km, Teufenthal AG - Dürrenäsch - Homberg - Beinwil(/Reinach AG)
Pace and duration: Moderate to sportive, depending on the group. Estimated time is 3:45 hours, without stops/breaks. So maybe 4... 4.5 hours in total.
Starting point: = meeting point
Finish: Beinwil (lake side) train station Teufenthal at ~ 14/15 o'clock
Highlights: Scenic views, viewing tower, Arboretum Seetal, castle Liebegg with witch museum, sandstone caves, forests, meadows, wild animals (if possible to see), swimming in the lake 'Halwil'
Transportation: By SBB train RE or S to station "Teufenthal AG" arriving at 9:30 o'clock. Check your best personal connection via SBB Mobile App or https://www.sbb.ch/de.
Equipment, mandatory: Hiking shoes (light), sportive/comfortable clothing, backpack, water bottles (min. 2 l), sun protection and sun cream
Equipment, recommended: Hiking poles, lightweight rain jacket, snacks/food for the day, swimming gear and towel
Breaks and stops: One major break in the middle of the route, small stops at highlights and for drinking - whenever needed
