Description

Route: Sattel - Mostelberg - Hochstuckli - Zwüschet Mythen - Brunni

Optional attraction: Hängebrücke «Skywalk» (https://www.sattel-hochstuckli.ch/de/erlebnisse/haengebruecke-skywalk.html)

Pace: Moderate. We'll try to have a continuous pace, with some breaks, but not too many. This is not a hike suitable for beginners, as we'll gain around 1200m of altitude.

Starting point: Sattel-Aegeri train station. For people taking public transport, we’ll meet at Zurich HB shortly before the train departure.

How to get there: Train IR 46, direction Locarno departs at 08:05 from Zurich HB, platform 5. Change in Arth-Goldau to S 31, direction Biberbrugg.

How to get back: Bus + train + train from Brunni.

What to take: Regular hiking equipment, in particular comfortable shoes (hiking boots or trail running shoes); food - we’ll have picnic lunch at the top; water; sunscreen; sunglasses; tick spray; rain jacket.
