Description

For those joining from Augsburg, we will take a direct train at 6:32 from Augsburg Hbf.  

The bike part will be from Oberstdorf Bf to the last asphalt over Spielmannsau. It is ca. 9,5 km long with 250 m gain, ca. 30 min, mostly very easy. Any bike with speed-switch and good breaks will suite. 

The hike part is 9,6 km with 1620 m gain. The pace will be 400 hm or more depending on the group. There will be snow over 2000 m. 

After hike we’ll have a drink and cake at the Alpe Oberau, then downhill on bikes to Oberstdorf. 

Good to know

Bike, mountain boots, poles, spikes, suncream, first aid kit, headlamp, food and water.
