T4 hike with approximately 16 km distance and 1500 m elevation gain. Hike duration - not including breaks -will be approximately 6h.

Route: Näfels-Mollis train station à Leiststock à Nüenchamm à Filzback

Grade: T4, which means: exposed terrain, path not necessarily available and sometimes need to use hands to keep going.

Starting point and time: Näfels-Mollis train station at 8:40. For people coming from Zürich, we will meet at Zürich HB shortly before the train departure.

How to get there: From Zürich HB direct train S 25, direction Linthal, departure at 07:43, arrival at Näfels-Mollis train station at 8:37

Arrival point: Filzback Sportzentrum bus stop. Starting and arrival points are not the same.

Weather forecast: it might rain in the afternoon, if the path will become too muddy before we get to the T4 part (i.e. the blue path on Swiss map) we can decide to reach Nüenchamm with an easier path

What to take: hiking equipment, proper shoes (hiking boots or trail running shoes), food, enough water, sunscreen, sunglasses, tick spray, rain jacket.
