Description

Hi all, I plan to do an afterwork hike from Schliersee to Tegernsee via Baumgartenschneid. We would take the BRB RB55 departing from Donnersbergerbrücke at 1704 (arriving at Schliersee at 1756) and I aim to catch the the second last train departing from Tegernsee at 2152, which means we have <4 hours for the whole trip, including breaks.

You may want to bring the following:

  • Water (~1.5-2L)
  • Food and snacks
  • Headlamp
  • Phone charger + cables
  • GPX Reader with the map of this hike loaded
  • Wind / rain jacket
  • Deutschlandticket
  • Insect repellent
  • ID and some cash
  • Hiking poles
