Description
Hello All,
I'll be doing a hike first thing Sunday morning, climbing up Auerspitz. I'll be leaving Munich at 730am, and then starting off from Osterhofen (Oberbay) at 9am and then the hike should take about 7.5 hours round trip, cover about 19km, and we will gain about 1000m of elevation.
A fairly serious hike, so bring lots of water and a lunch :)
The weather looks good, as of right now, but I'll keep an eye on it and maybe we change the location or cancel the hike. Or if people have other ideas, but I'm aiming for at least 1000m elevation gain.
Looking forward to meeting you and getting out into the nature.

Weather looks touch and go, so make sure you bring layers and something waterproof. The wind is my biggest concern, but I think if we are careful, it'll be fine. There is a chance we have to quit for safety reasons, but it would have to be pretty bad. But I'm comfortable deciding on the mountain.
