Weather seems stable enough for a nice hike around Oberstdorf.

The plan is to hike up from Oberstdorf towards Rubihorn ( 1957m) and then continue along the ridge towards Nebelhorn ( 2224m). From there we follow the route towards Zeiger (1995m) and descend towards Zeigersattel (1920m). Once there we go and hike along the ridge towards Seeköpfle (1920m) and  Schattenberg ( 1845m ).

After reaching this point we descend towards Oberstdorf bahnhof.

As you can see its a very long hike that involves scrambling at certain points.

Only for experienced and very fit hikers that have done several longer hikes this summer..

Hike difficulty is about T4+ (not T6).

One thing is for sure, you can expect some amazing panoramic views.


We can stop at the Nebelhorn hut for a beer... but do not expect longer breaks.
