How to get there:

Journey by public transport: ZH HB - Bern - Brig - Betten Talstation - Bettmeralp

The train (IC 1) departs at 06:32 from HB. Meeting point: At the platform, 06:25, first 2nd class car acc. to direction of travel.

Note: I will join in Bern.

Journey by car: Use gps. Note: This is not a roundtrip.

Meeting point:

9:30 AM - Betten Talstation

Hike:

The hike will last ca. 8 hours, with a lot of viewpoints.
The pace will be medium/fast with enough time to admire the landscape. Short lunch break at the top.
Cable car up from Betten to Bettmeralp, down from Fiescheralp to Fiesch.

Equipment:

Proper hiking boots, optional poles, sunscreen(!), food for picnic lunch, enough water, proper clothes acc. to the weather, good mood and fitness.
