Grade: T5, which means: often without a path, individual, simple climbing sections, exposed, challenging terrain, steep rocky slopes, snow covered glaciers and firn fields with danger of slipping.

Starting point and time: Lenzerheide Parkplatz Rothorn at 9:05
How to get there: by public transporation train IC3 to Chur that leaves from Zürich HB at 7:07 then Bus 182 to Lenzerheide
What to take: hiking equipment and clothes warm enough for almost 3000m, proper shoes (hiking boots or trail running shoes), food, enough water, sunscreen, sunglasses, tick spray, rain jacket.
GPX track: please download it and then upload it on your mobile by using your preferred map app and make yourself familiar with the hike like if you have to do it on your own.
Pace: the plan is to have a pace of 500/600 m elevation gain per hour, please join only if you can keep this pace and you are comfortable doing a T5 hike.
