Hi Hiking Buddies!

Anyone up for spontanous hike with an easy via ferrata?


Meeting Point: München Hbf, 6:30, Platform 10

Train Connection: 6:41 RB54 towards Kufstein

You should have a Deutschland ticket! If not - bayern ticket :)


After reaching Kufstein we either walk or take bus to Kaiser Lift valley station (30min walk)

Lift opening times: 8:30 - 16:30, Ticket both ways: 21 euro


Bertenjoch - Keindlhutte 1 hour

Keindlhutte - Start of Via ferrata 1 hour

Via Ferrata 1 hour

Scheffauer - Bertenjoch 2,5 hour 

Total: 5,5hours


I would love to make cake & coffee break or lunch break at Keindlhutte. Depending on how we feel, and how hungry we are before or after via ferrata :)

Weather prediction changes from one hour to another!! In case of heavy rain tour might be cancelled, or turned into just an easy hike to Keindlhutte!

Shortest way to Scheffauer, Tour starts with taking lift from Kufstein up to Brentenjoch (https://www.naturerlebnis-kaisergebirge.at/de/sommer-bergbahnen/kaiserlift-kufstein.html)

Without taking lift up count additional 2 hours!
