Description

I booked for 4 in the dorm (15€ with DAV), once 4 slots are filled, if you want to join you should book yourself, please check availability at here.

=================

Before you join

  • Please make sure you understand the route and are aware of the distance, elevation and difficulty level. Ideally, we want to make it to the Hütte by dinner time latest (6pm).
  • Also, notice that route might change depending on weather conditions, terrain conditions..., so if you join, know and accept that changes might happen during the hike.
  • If you join, please send me a PM with your number for easier communication (otherwise, I will remove you to leave room for others).

Disclaimer:

I am not a mountain guide, I plan this hike because I want to do it and I open the plan to you.

Each participant is responsible for his/her own safety, brings the right equipment and is prepared for this activity.

Make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. Download the map, bring a cell phone and a first aid kit for emergencies.

Please prepare as if you were hiking alone.

Good to know
  • hiking shoes
  • hiking poles
  • food and drinks (my plan is to eat at the Hüttes, but some snacks are a must)
  • sun glasses + sunscreen
  • waterproof and warm gear (weather looks somehow unstable afternoons)
  • Spikes (in case we have to cross some unexpected icy snow paths, who knows)
  • Gaiters
  • first aid kit
  • DAV membership card (or other insurance. DAV is helpful at DAV Hüttes)
  • Hut sleeping bag (must have).
  • Cash (most Hüttes accept cash only).
