Hoi hikers,

Let's use the last day of summer time (CEST) to visit the famous St. Moritz area. There will be mountains, peaks, lakes, autumn colours and probably some snow.

How to get there:

Journey by public transport: ZH HB - Chur - St. Moritz - St. Moritz Bad, Via San Gian (bus)

The train (IC 3 to Chur) departs at 06:38 from ZH HB.

Journey by car: Use gps.

Meeting point:

10:15 AM - St. Moritz Bad, Via San Gian

Hike:

The hike will last ca. 7,5 hours with a lot of viewpoints.
The pace will be medium/fast with enough time to admire the landscape. Short lunch break (20 min) at the top. Note: the hut is closed.

Equipment:

Proper hiking boots, optional poles, sunscreen, food for picnic lunch, enough water, proper clothes acc. to the weather, optional crampons (just in case), good mood and fitness.
