Description
I propose a nice hike to Hochgern
The plan is to take the train at 7:56 to Prien and from there take a bus to Marquartsstein and start the hike from there
Bus back leaves at 16:25 and 18:30, so depending on how quick we are, we should be back in Munich by 18 or 20
This is not for total beginners because of the total length but I / we will go at a moderate pace
We will eat something at the Hochgernhaus

Good to know
We meet at platform 9 at Munich Hauptbahnhof to take the train at 756: to Hochgern
Please be on time so we enough time to buy the tickets etc.
Please bring
- hiking boots
- proper hiking clothing (not accepting anybody with Jeans and / or Sneakers)
- 49€-ticket (If you don't have one, you would have to organise a Bayern-ticket on your own)
- food & snacks (Will eat at a hut as well)
- Water (I would recommend at least 2 Liters)
- head lamp (should not be needed but just in case)
- some cash
- good mood
- sunglasses & sun cream
- hat
- charged phone (my number is 0177/9768273)
- DAV or similar insurance highly recommended
Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.
